SLAIS Graduation Pictures
LASSA has made arrangements with Artona Photography studio for students graduating in Winter 2007 or Spring 2008. If you wish to have your picture included in the composite that will hang in the hall at SLAIS, you must have your picture taken by Artona by January 31, 2008. There is no charge if you don't order prints and just want your picture in the composite.

Recommended study spots:
Around campus:
- 1st floor (basement) of Koerner Library. Surprisingly not dungeon-esque, though it is dead silent there.
- Forestry building (but you'd need a key card to get in after 6:00 pm)
- Education Library - lots of illustrated books and young adult favorites to distract you from your studies. Particularly good company there on Sundays.
- MASS (Meekison Arts Student Space) in Buchanan D
- Beanery - located between Arcadia and Fairview Student Housing (turn right out of TEF and keep going)
Around Vancouver:
- Any wi-fi coffee shop (though you do have to buy something) with a little sunlight coming in.
- A West-Point Grey favorite: Think, on West 10th at Sasamat. Free wireless, excellent tea and coffee.
- The downtown branch of the VPL has some great study areas.
